Before Your Appointment

• Please complete any required intake forms before your appointment.
• Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
Wear comfortable clothing.
• Stay hydrated before and after your session.

Your Consultation

Your therapist will review your health history, discuss your wellness goals, and address any areas of concern. This consultation allows us to customize your treatment and ensure the most effective session possible.

During Your Massage

Your comfort is our priority. Your therapist will explain the treatment plan and answer any questions before beginning. Pressure levels, focus areas, and enhancements can be adjusted throughout your session to meet your needs.

After Your Session

Following your massage, you may experience increased relaxation, improved mobility, and reduced muscle tension. Drinking water and allowing time for rest can help maximize the benefits of your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or changes in your health before your appointment.

A Credit Card is required to reserve your appointment. We accept approved forms of payment as listed during booking.
